In this meeting we had several hesitations about choosing our main idea. We brought up needs that our personas have, for example the need to memorize and learn something by heart, feedback for proper behavior and more. After talking about the main ideas, we wrote all of them on the board and had a vote. we realized that the second category fits us the most - "Exposure to the practice of a job before wasting 3 or more years studying something you don't want to do in the future".
